2007-2008 OCPSA Awards
This is your opportunity to recognize present colleagues and emerging new professionals (students) for their achievements and services to the Student Affairs profession. Nominations are solicited from the OCSPA membership. Winners will be recognized at the OCSPA Spring Conference with a plaque and free conference registration.


Outstanding Professional Award
Presented to professionals who have made significant contributions to his or her campus, OCSPA, and the Student Affairs profession. Preference will be given to those professionals who have developed and implemented a program or publications that result in improved educational activities, services or management for an individual campus community or the field of Student Affairs.

Outstanding Student Award
Presented to students currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with the intention of pursuing a career in Student Affairs who show involvement in campus activities and organizations, campus leadership and/or paraprofessional or intern employment within the Student Affairs division

NEW! Outstanding Administrative Support Professional Award
Presented to outstanding Administrative Support professionals who have made significant contributions to his or her campus, OCSPA, and the Student Affairs profession. Preference will be given to those
Administrative Support professionals who have supported the development and implementation of a program or publications that result in improved educational activities, services or management for an individual campus community or the field of Student Affairs.

The Oklahoma College Student Personnel Association Lifetime Achievement Award
This award honors individuals who have made substantial contributions within the area of student affairs in Oklahoma. Individuals are recognized for demonstrating extraordinary strength of character, commitment to student success, a history of service in student affairs, and significant contributions to Oklahoma College Student Personnel Association.

Nominations: Must include: letter of nomination; brief biography highlighting the nominee's work history as it relates to the award; resume/CV of the nominee; sample of the nominee's work; and current contact information for the nominee. Nomination materials will not be returned.
